About Me

Welcome to NearbyNotary. My name is Neil Sarker, and I am a 16 year old Singaporean student, studying at the United World College of South East Asia (East Campus). I am a very passionate builder, and have always loved building and constructing things ever since I was a small child. When I was around 5-6, I loved building LEGOS, and it always brought joy to me to construct something big from small pieces. Now, I am very enthusiastic for computer science and coding, which is why I have constructed this web platform, to help others in my community.

Why I made this Website

My father was in need of a commissioner for oath, and had an issue trying to find the nearest firm to him. The reason for the issue was, on the official SAL directory, it is very challenging to find the closest firm near you, amongst the 1300 other listings. I saw the struggle he was facing and got an idea, to build a website which puts all these firms onto a map, making it easier to track down and locate the perfect firm for you. This website is to help others all around Singapore, so they wouldn't have to face the same problem as my father.
